Nordben has four strong and committed shareholders.

SPP hold 50% of the Company’s Ordinary and Preference Shares. SPP is one of the leading pension and life insurance companies in Sweden. SPP is a subsidiary of Storebrand.	Storebrand hold 25% of the Company’s Ordinary and Preference Shares Storebrand is one of Norway’s largest life insurance companies. The Storebrand Group also offers Investment management, Mutual Funds and Banking to the Norwegian Market.
Sampo Life holds 15% of the Company’s Ordinary and Preference Shares. Sampo Life is market leader in the Finnish group pension and savings arena. In addition Sampo Life provides a wide range of life and insurance products as well as basic coverage in case of death, disability and medical treatment, Sampo Life is part of the Sampo Group.	Varma hold 10% of the Company’s Ordinary and Preference Shares. Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company is the largest private sector earnings-related pension insurer in Finland.
