HBN US$ Cash Pool: Charges

The annual management charge of the Pool is 1.1% p.a. and is reflected in the calculation of the price of a unit within the Pool.  The annual management charge may be changed by Nordben.  The Pool may invest in money market funds which also bear annual management charges.
