Group Flex Plan: Premiums

The premium or contribution per employee or accompanying spouse is set out in the Agreement between the employer and Nordben.
 
Premiums could be fixed, a percentage of salary or dependent on age, etc.

Frequency of Premium

The group premiums are paid quarterly in advance and monthly adjustments are credited/debited on the next quarterly invoice.

Increasing, decreasing or stopping premiums

A premium for an employee can be adjusted monthly. On leaving the Plan, premiums stop on the first of the month following notification.
