International Term (InTerm): Overview

International Term (InTerm) is a term insurance product designed for corporate institutions who want to provide their executives, partners and highly compensated employees with an enhanced life insurance benefit by providing benefits additional to existing arrangements or replacing existing benefits.

InTerm offers more comprehensive attributes, as described in the further information on this product, over more traditional group term life insurance. It will be of interest to companies with globally mobile executives who can have the benefit of a single, portable life insurance policy, whilst enjoying the premium rate pricing associated with a group life plan.

The policies are held by the individual lives whilst the premiums are paid by the sponsoring employer.

The plan is available to employees of most nationalities from age 25 – 75, with minimal medical questions for those joining between the ages of 25 and 71. Some further medical information is required for those joining from the age of 71.
