Individual Plan: Overview

This is a life assurance policy equal in value to a Fund comprising an individual portfolio of bonds and shares together with additional life cover. The Fund is managed by an Investment Manager who is appointed by Nordben in consultation with the policyholder.

The Plan can be used to provide a one-off compensation or bonus payment for a key employee where a tailored investment solution is required by either the employer or employee. Both may wish to influence the choice of Investment Manager.
