Individual solutions
There are times when employers are required to fulfil a very specific need for an employee(s), we refer to these as Individual Solutions:
Triple C Plan – offers a one-off compensation or bonus payment for a key employee where capital guarantees and currency choice are priorities.
Unit Linked Plan - offers a one-off compensation or bonus payment (minimum 100,000 Euro) for a key employee where investment choice is a priority.
Annuity Plan or
Living Annuity Plan – particularly appropriate where an income stream needs to be secured either now or in the future.
Individual Plan (minimum 250,000 Euro) – suited to where an employee wishes to influence the choice of Investment Manager when a tailored solution is offered.
