Third Country National Plan

A TCN or Third Country National Plan is focused on the non nationals of the corporate entity and is often used when the employees cannot stay in the appropriate Home Country Plan. The Plan can be flexibly designed to provide an attractive pension solution to this group of employees.

Multinationals can include Third Country Nationals in their International Pension Plan.
