Annuity Plan: Charges

Annuity Plan charges are 4% of the single premium plus an allowance for payment expenses in deferment and in payment which depend on the frequency of the pension payments.

The premium depends, of course, on the benefits to be secured but also on the frequency of the pension payments.

Nordben also reserves the right to make a charge on the Annuity Plan policyholder fund. At present, Nordben has determined that, this charge will not exceed a half of one percent per annum. Nordben reserves the right to increase the level of this charge.

We can provide annuities in respect of most premium sizes and annuity amounts. However, it is recommended that premiums under Euro 100,000 (or currency equivalent) and/or annual payments of less than Euro 7,500 per annum (or currency equivalent) are not economic.
