Flex Plan: Overview

The Flex Plan was closed to new business in 2000 and replaced by the Triple C Plan.

Flex Plans written prior to 2000 continue to operate and participate in bonuses.

The Plan was used in a variety of ways:

• Savings Plan
• Accompanying Spouses Pension Plan
• Life and Disability Coverage
• One-off payment
