Change in Company Directors

At the Annual General Meeting held on 14 April 2010, Risto Honkanen was appointed to the Board with an effective date of 1 June 2010. He has held various executive positions within the Sampo Group since 1985, with particular interests in international pooling. Risto is currently Senior Vice President, Sales and Strategic Alliances with Mandatum Life. He is also a Director of AmCham, the American Chamber of Commerce in Finland.

At the same meeting, The Chairman, Bjorn C. Andersson, accepted the resignations of Ian Morris and Petri Nimisvirta as Directors. He thanked them both for their enthusiastic contribution to the Company during their terms of appointment.
